David A. Wells, Jr., is a graduate of Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga, Tennessee (B.A., Communications, 1987), and the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia (J.D., cum laude, 1991). While in law school, he was the managing editor of the Mercer Law Review.

David’s main area of practice is estate planning, and he possesses nearly twenty years of experience in this field. He was a named partner in a well-regarded suburban Chicago practice for several years before starting his own firm in 1999.

David is a published author and a regular featured lecturer throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. He serves on the board of directors for the National Runaway Switchboard, is a member of the Planned Giving Advisory Committee for WTTW/WFMT, and is actively involved with several additional charitable entities.

Jack William Benge II is a graduate of the University of Florida (B.S. Journalism 2010) and Loyola University Chicago School of Law (J.D. 2013).

While in law school Jack was a member of the ABA Negotiations Team, placing 4th at the 2012-2013 ABA Regional Competition and was selected to compete at the 2013 Warsaw Negotiation Round. He also served as an Articles Editor for the Loyola Consumer Law Review, as well as a research assistant on issues of intellectual property and analytics.

Jack focuses his area of practice on issues of trust settlement and probate estates, as well as contract review, pre-marital agreements and real estate transactions. He is a published author in Wealth Counsel Quarterly. When Jack is not working he enjoys cooking Southwestern cuisine, playing basketball and spending time with his cat Kitty.

Richard Moen

Richard A. Moen is a graduate of DePaul University (BS Communications 2007).
 
Richard is the administrative bridge between all the practices within the firm, working directly with clients to fulfill their needs from beginning to end for their estate-planning, probate, and real estate goals.
 
Outside of the firm, Richard is a contributing monthly author for a small publication and very active in both beach and indoor volleyball, playing in tournaments across the country and locally in Chicago.
